Counseling with Pierre Morin, PhD, LPC

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and integrate Medicine and Processwork based psychology into my counseling practice.

I am inspired by the stories of clients who struggle to find meaning in the challenges they face by dealing with chronic pain/symptoms, depression and anxiety, trauma, and difficult relationship issues. I am interested in the process of aging and finding meaning and purpose in the later stages of life. I believe in people’s sentient experiences and dreaming nature.

I am originally from Switzerland. My love of Processwork allows me to integrate medicine and psychology into my counseling practice.

Before immigrating to the United States, I worked as a medical doctor in Switzerland, primarily in the field of rehabilitation and mind-body medicine. I am a trainer of Process-oriented Psychology at the Process Work Center of Portland and a medical consultant of an innovative mind-body practice specialized in treating patients with chronic health conditions. From 2002 to 2022 I worked as a supervisor and clinical director with Lutheran Community Services Northwest in Portland, Oregon.
